The Future, Made Practical.

Clear cash and performance views, simpler workflows, and results measured against your baseline.

What AIX does

One place where AI, automation and your people get work done.

AI, simple automation or people: the right mix for each task.

  1. AutomationWorkflows that remove repetitive effort.e.g. bills filed and matched to payments
  2. IntelligenceA clear view of cash and performance: our first focus.e.g. a 13-week cash view
  3. ExecutionReviewed action, handed over, measured.e.g. a supplier payment run you approve

AI that works for your people, not instead of them. Better work on three measures, each against your baseline.

  • EffectivenessRight workBetter decisions, on time.
  • EfficiencyLess repetitionFewer handoffs and hours.
  • QualityFewer errorsChecked numbers, consistent output.

How it works

From a real problem to a measured result.

Problem

Cash hidden across exports, sheets and chats. We start with ten honest questions.

See the 10 questions
  1. The problem What isn’t working today?
  2. The burden What does it cost each week?
  3. Smallest fix What is the smallest useful change?
  4. Data needed Which data does it need?
  5. Privacy What has to stay private?
  6. Approvals Who signs off?
  7. Effort & cost What will it take?
  8. Success measure How will we know it worked?
  9. Handover What do you keep afterwards?
  10. Lesson kept What do we learn for next time?

    Monthly values

    How is this calculated?

Fictional company · synthetic USD · a teaching model, not advice.

    What’s fixed
    • Plan sales of $1.2m for the year, spread by a seasonal pattern.
    • Cost of sales at 45% of sales; running costs of $35k a month.
    • Opening cash of $150k; equipment spend of $7.5k a month.
    • Customers pay in 45 days; suppliers are paid in 30 days.
    What you can change
    • Sales−20% to +30% vs plan
    • Cost of sales35% to 60% of sales
    • Running costs−10% to +25% vs plan
    • Collection days (DSO)20 to 90
    • Supplier days (DPO)15 to 75
    How each month is calculated
    1. Sales are the plan month, adjusted by your change. plan × (1 + change)
    2. Profit is sales minus cost of sales and running costs. sales − cost of sales − running costs
    3. What customers owe grows with collection days. sales × DSO ÷ 30.4
    4. What you owe suppliers grows with supplier days. cost of sales × DPO ÷ 30.4
    5. Cash from operations is profit, less any rise in what customers owe, plus any rise in what you owe. profit − Δ owed to you + Δ you owe
    6. Closing cash is last month’s cash plus cash from operations, minus equipment spend. previous + cash from operations − $7.5k
    How the commentary works
    • What happened: profit against plan for the same period.
    • Why: the largest moves in sales, cost of sales and running costs.
    • Cash: how much profit turns into cash; not meaningful on a loss or a profit under 2% of sales.
    • What next: a funding gap first (the first month below zero, the lowest balance, the funding needed), then an operating loss, then the largest drag.

Simplified: no tax, interest, depreciation or inventory.

    Questions, then a conversation

    Straight answers.

    Will AI replace my staff?

No. We automate repetitive work so your team can focus on judgement, customers and growth.

    What happens to my data?

Read-only access first, kept separate per client, not reused for other clients. How it works

What does a first engagement look like?

A conversation, a one-page brief, then a small first version. See the four steps

    How much does it cost?

Scoped after discovery, before any work starts. No published prices yet.

    Are you taking clients now?

We are starting with a small number of first projects. Email hello@buildwithaix.com with a line about the work you would like to fix.
